The concept of 'anchor' baby is ridiculous. Birthing a baby is a life event, not an entitlement of the location of when and where it occurred.

I think that was my argument. They should reverse them all.

The people from India do this too. The Chinese and Indians laugh at the Mexicans for shining a light on this disgusting misuse of the 14th amendment. My coworker, from India, stated”Why can’t they do this and shut up about it. Have the baby in USA and go back to their country and wait. That’s what we do” 😡 American people are trying to be so nice and open minded. This is not the stance other countries take.

We need to revoke citizenship for all anchor babies whose parents did not live under our jurisdiction when they were born.

One of my relatives used to be a police officer in Sacramento (she retired and now lives in Florida) and she told me about this scam. Also said it wasn’t just China.

If people like our government and our acceptance and our support of others migrating, and having their babies on our soil, and giving them benefits, then THEY can create that kind of government in their own country. ( it takes balls and hard work. Don’t be lazy! )They don’t have to be bullied by single-minded, simpleton, terrorists and tyrants. Stand up, gut your system with force, and just put in a system like ours! There you go! But you can’t come in and over-run our system. It won’t support you!!! so, do it yourself-

What they are doing is like coming over and picking the vegetables in your neighbor’s garden. It doesn’t work like that!

So they’re thieves, and they’re lazy and if they can’t create a government like ours in their own country, then they don’t deserve to be in ours, because they won’t sustain US either ! So we have to clean up, so that we can get our country back, and we have to fire who’s running it right now. Even with all their fancy radar and genetic and neurological weaponry. fancy doesn’t beat integrity. In the end we win. There’s a book, you should read it. Skip to the last chapter. it has all the rules in there too. You can’t break the rules and get rewards.

Sorry I had to vent. I see the abuses of our system on a daily basis. It makes me sick. I’ll never see my retirement because of it so I have a right to be pissed

Trump is going to win this at SCOTUS because it’s an obvious scam in the vast majority of cares. The Chinese ladies, the very pregnant “refugees” running across the rio grande to give birth etc etc. The question then becomes if they win what’s a reasonable retrospective time period to nullify the citizenship of these anchor babies(and their families). The “recent”(whatever that means) versus those living here 20 years. This all needs to be adjudicated and defined now, we’re broke!

I think nullification should go back seventeen years, while they are still minors.

It will become like the DACA argument and give leftists the emotional ammunition they require. “These are hard working tax paying Americans etc ad nauseum. The virtue signaling, demonizing left at its best. I say don’t give them that kind of leverage. I know this will be controversial but with the birth replacement rate in this country at 1.61 (2.1 being minimal replacement) you know all 20 million illegals are not going to be deported. If they get rid of all the criminals and crazies, all single military age males and are left with young family units with out criminal history with young children they won’t deport them all just for demographic reasons.

They are not entitled to anything until they become citizens. They all need to go. And then come back the right way—legally.

They aren’t entitled but this after all will be a political decision that if republicans are smarter than dims will defang most of their emotional virtue signaling bullshit. And hopefully give these “new citizens” reason to be pro republican. It might not make you happy but it will be better than nothing. The Uniparty isn’t going to deport all 20 million in part for the reasons I said above. We have a demographic issue in this country and the need for new, young workers to pay into social security and Medicare to pay for the increasing numbers of retirees.

Thats makes zero sense given that AI is going to eliminate a lot of jobs currently being performed, so we're going to add more to the unemployment rolls?

Expand full comment
bhs66's avatar

You need to understand population replacement numbers, aging populations and inadequate amounts of younger people to replace them in workforce and pay into social security and Medicare. AI isn’t the answer to chronic population reductions facing most western countries. China is the best example of chronic population reduction. Their replacement number is close to 1.0 and they’re going to lose half their population by 2100.

It's absurd that DACA is still in place, a judge ruled it illegal and unconstitutional, which it is. The judge should have issued that they 180 days wind DACA down and end it and the SSN be revoked.

A good portion of the world has been looking for centuries for ways to use our Constitution against us. This is a glaring example, and everybody knows it, but the Democrats are sacrificing the good of the country to avoid giving Trump another win. Disgusting to say the least!

There are so many disgusting things about how our politicians and legal system work, yet no one in charge seems to want to do anything about outrages like this. We pay our taxes and the money is sent to foreign lands where NGO's take charge and basically work against interests of the U.S. citizens. What Susan Daniels describes is absolutely outrageous and that should be agreed on by any sane and rational person. But, leftist ideologies like socialism and communism have taken over too many minds, and the hatred they foster against the U.S. and any who oppose them is real and incapable of being rationed with. The Supreme Court may well stop this automatic birthright, but the lefties will never concur or stop their destructive activities.

I’ve heard about “anchor babies” for many years, especially from Floridians! It has been a very clever way for two or three families to stay in ONE house! Some work, some lay about, some are pretty criminals ! They all need to go back to where they came from!

Then you start “pulling the thread” to learn where are they now? We know the CCP embeds “sleepers” into positions for espionage and sabotage by threatening family members who live in China if they don’t follow orders. They are in government, education and industry, ready to be “activated” when needed once they are in position. We really have no clue because our own “homegrown” traitors at the highest levels of power and money have been selling us out for decades. The whistleblowers with the courage to stand up and speak out get “suicided” to silence any other would be whistleblowers. The Government Mafia is evil. That’s why I rely on God, keep the faith, He is in charge always 🙏 more powerful than all the evil in this world combined.
