The law was that an American woman could give birth outside of the country but had to be five years past the age of fourteen to be able to confer citizenship on a baby. Obama's mother was four years and nine months when she gave birth. Not old enough. He was not qualified to run for office (and the people who helped him knew that) and Kamala is not qualified as a "natural born citizen, " as required by the Constitution, because her parents were not naturalized Americans when she was born.
