I did not know anything about Mr. Lutnick before reading this. Just the kind of person we need in government. Thank you.

Susan, this was quite a story and how sad, but he seemed to have had so much tragedy in his life, but managed to do so much good and so caring of the loss of his brother and his fellow employees on that fatal day. I haven't heard of him before this, and I know if you have had the opportunity to know him, I would definitely be on his side for Commerce Secretary. I am happy that you shared his story with us.

A good man. Compare his background to that of, say, Clinton's Ron Brown, and you understand the transformation of DC.

I didn’t know about Mr. Lutnick until his speech at Madison Square Gardens. It was so heartfelt and made my heart break and become tearful. I think he’ll be wonderful!

Amen. A very good man, in service to a nation that sorely needs it in this moment in our history. And yet, all the decrepit Democrat scum can think about is the graft written into those contracts. Disgusting...the difference between self-serving Democrats and Republicans anymore is like the difference between night and day.

I couldn’t understand why the Democrats keep trying to get Lutnick to commit to something that he hadn’t ever seen until Cruz spoke up. Democrats are rotten people and I think they all suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

What a heartfelt and profoundly written piece not ordinarily seen when describing someone taking a job in a government administration position.

Thank you. I was so touched that he responded in the midst of grieving that I have his letter hanging on my office wall.

A good man, I am sure. But that you put pen to paper to support him in his time of crisis is special.
