I was going to remark “unbelievable” but that’s wrong. It’s entirely believable.

We’re in the smash-and-grab phase of a crashing civilization.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Excellent observation.

Thanks for the post, Susan. I think any of us can file IRS Form 3949-A to report the Byrd's income and assets to the IRS, so that they could put a lien on their house. Probably the more of us that complain to the IRS, the more likely they will take action.

Susan Daniels's avatar

He also got $164,000 from GoFundMe after he killed Ashli. Democrats are insane. I wonder if he put that on his tax return.

Frank's avatar

I think this can also be reported to the Congressional DOGE Caucus: doge@mail.house.gov.

Susan Daniels's avatar

I sent them an email and got a form letter back. I wrote and said please let me know if anything is done. I got the same form letter back. It is a waste of time to write to Doge.

Frank's avatar

Thanks for writing to the Doge Caucus. I have always gotten an auto-responder back, just as you did. However, I did talk to a staffer that worked for one of the three Congressman on the DOGE Caucus. She told me that EVERY email sent to them gets read. So there is hope.

Frank's avatar

That would be a good question to ask the IRS. Thank you.

Great point Lon, and it also makes me frustrated.

Looks like both Byrds should be jailbirds!

Edie Faylor's avatar

Byrd should have been jailed for executing Ashlee Babbitt, because that is exactly what he did. Instead, under Biden, he was promoted. Now we find his wife taking in (allegedly) poor kids for federal and state dollars. Will DOJ look into this? Does anyone want to make a bet that it will be swept under the rug?

Michael Hermens's avatar

He should have been prosecuted at least. But then again, Biden skated for having classified info in his corvette, the exact thing for which Trump was fully prosecuted. Let the sweeping begin.

Max Rawnsley's avatar

Imo the DoJ needs to get into this sort of public fraud, as you have seen in Minnisota. Imo the extent of public fraud is barely touched. Why not?

Susan Daniels's avatar

Good question. They don’t want to?

Michael Hermens's avatar

Yep, either the DOJ doesn't want to, or the Biden Administration has allowed so much fraud it has become pervasive and there are not enough people in the DOJ to conduct investigations.

Max Rawnsley's avatar

No excuses Michael, sounds like more of the same.

Complexion Protection. Works all the time.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Sure does. But is starting to fail.

Steven Simpson's avatar

Time will tell. And it's taken much too long. Demon-rats and their comrades never have to pay for their crimes because Republi-cants are spineless.

Susan Daniels's avatar

They sure are.

These scumbags in congress and media complex state $billions constantly like it’s pocket change so you become numb to it. Its billions and 39$ trillion debt billions in aid to every shithole country on earth like its nothing and cities as well as farms get hollowed out. Is this the year hundreds get indicted and locked up. Look how many innocents were persecuted and ruined and the guilty?????

Dena's avatar

Thanks for the update & reminder that Ashlii was murdered & the murderer was rewarded. Restacked.

Richard Luthmann's avatar

The Biden DOJ told us “case closed.” Fine. But closed cases don’t close books. Michael Byrd walks free, promoted, protected, and enriched—while Ashli Babbitt lies dead and unavenged. Now we learn the Byrd household may be swimming in taxpayer-funded daycare money, wrapped in licensing questions and financial red flags. If the system refuses to test Byrd’s trigger finger in court, then it must at least audit the money trail. Fraud is fraud. Licensing laws matter. IRS debts don’t vanish for patriots—or their killers. Sunshine is the disinfectant. Start with the daycare. Pull the records. Follow the cash.

Susan Daniels's avatar

If IRS does not refile against Byrd by 2029, he walks free of that debt.

Ken France's avatar

Why isn’t President Trump all over Blondi for this, at least the back taxes. Your investigating and reporting on this (and your other work) is awesome Susan.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Thank you, Ken.

Steven Simpson's avatar

I think it comes down to one word: RACE. But then again, the Clinton Gang, the Biden Crime Family, and all the commie scum from Biden's DOJ never faced prosecution either. It starts with Trump. He never was a conservative, and is to some extent part of the DC establishment.

Susan Daniels's avatar

To some extent, he would have to be to survive.

bhs66's avatar

We need DOGE back, we need all criminals like Byrd prosecuted, convicted and jailed. We need the vast majority of illegals deported or self deported. If we don’t get this the country is in jeopardy.

David Wolosik's avatar

WTF! The Federal Government DEFINITELY needs to get out of the child care funding scam!

Side note: When is Bondi going to get off her ass and prosecute Byrd for murder?

Susan Daniels's avatar

I suspect never. But there is no statute of limitations on murder.

Steven Simpson's avatar

Blondi is a very big disappointment. But who picked her? Let's remember who was in the WH in 2020 when black racists and white communists burned the country down. Trump is very flawed.

Susan Daniels's avatar

He had a lot of bad advice, not so much now. I’m with you about Bondi.

Ken France's avatar

I suspect so too. In reality the deadline for anything happening before midstream’s is end of August. And anything after that will be dependent on GOP winning and holding both Houses. The Good Ol’ Party of fools has squandered away one of the biggest political opportunities in history. If they don’t win midstream’s our best President in a long time will be gone.

Grifters gonna Grift. Scumbag gifted or grifted a huge new house, and approved for a mortgage with two bankruptcies? Could this be payment for killing Ashly?

This is revolting AND DANGEROUS. THE husband of daycare provider (allegedly) left his gun unattended in capital bathroom, and shot a female veteran not in his line of sight, when said vet was not deemed a threat to the police CLOSER to her, because they were in a casual stance as she went past them… and spouse of Ms DayCare USA shoots Ashly, causing her death… does NOT get charged with murder… and some government NIMROD approves THEIR home as safe for kids? WTF!

Think about that. He left a gun unattended and he had his finger on the trigger, which you don’t do until you are ready to shoot (if you know ANYTHING about gun safety), and killed someone not in his line of site… and even years later, the place he lives at is STILL Government Funded Daycare? WTF!

Not day care. DaySCARE.

WTF! Why isn’t this daySCARE DEFUNDED? Who hates their kid so much they’d house them in an unsafe daySCARE? The kids may have access to the gun Byrd left laying around.

As for the DaySCARE’s murdering spouse, and all the talk of statutes of limitations for J6 expiring in 5 days being incorrect, because of conspiracy (technically true), here is a friendly reminder that corrupt judges may (will?) entertain a motion for summary judgment during said litigation… IF a deep state conspiracy charge ever happens. Let’s say it does, which I doubt; won’t judges like Boasberg Be Inclined to throw out the conspiracy count(s)? Ergo, EVEN IF (which I DOUBT) some deep staters get indicted, if it isn’t in the next 5 days the entire case would get dismissed if/when the conspiracy count is thrown out on a summary judgment motion.

Think I’m paranoid? Sidney Powell submitted proof of 2020 cheating with her pleadings but they were ALL DISMISSED on the fallacy of “lack of standing,” a bogus legal theory every judge used in lockstep.

Recall the recent Comey case, filed with ONE DOJ attorney in Maryland. ONE LAWYER’s name on a federal indictment of high magnitude is extremely rare or NEVER happens; customarily, there several attorneys of record, so any of them can argue motions, file pleadings, conduct depositions, do the trial, etc.). You may further recall when that TEMPORARY interim attorney appointment expired, due to no Senate confirmation, there was NO OTHER attorney of record…so the judge dismissed the case. Smells like a plan of 💩. Then despicable Jim Comey strutted around like a rooster on viagra spouting off (nonstop, like a pervert with a furry palm in a trench coat in a smut theatre) all over every media, including social media, strutting about about his innocence.

The supervisor who didn’t add their name to the Comey case is clearly an insider helping a legitimate case to go Bye Bye.

I expect the Byrd Family Crime Syndicate to skate with the free taxpayer funds, just like furry-palmed-rooster Comey. IMHO. I can have an opinion. I am not stating fact nor predicting the fiction, I mean future; just stating my jaded old opinion.

Grifters gonna Grift.

Accountability is bull💩!

The person who approves this daySCARE to get taxpayer dollars needs to be fired and barred, FOREVER AND A DAY, from anything having to do with the safety of children.

Susan Daniels's avatar

You are correct on everything but one. The bankruptcies were not recent, but he did file two of them: one in 1999 and one in 2011.

Unsteady's avatar

I’m reading this story as I’m getting ready to transfer a $25,000 estimated tax payment to the IRS - how ironic.

Susan Daniels's avatar

Ugh. I would not be happy.

Ken France's avatar

Nope!

"[Michael Byrd] is infamous for murdering Ashli Babbitt"

Not nearly infamous enough! But for people like you and Jack Cashill reminding us, both Ashli Babbitt's and Michael Byrd's names would be relegated to the dustbin of history.

Susan Daniels's avatar

That’s my intent and probably Jack’s, too.

Well done again Susan.

Work like yours and that of Nick Shirley is what is needed.

Small bite size pieces are enough to open the can of worms.

And at least it gives Republicans the proof now to use against Democrats who think we are always the problem. And its definitely not manufactured lies
